Sucker Punch: Babydoll (Emily Browning) Inspired Tutorial

Last week I watched Sucker Punch and the whole time I kept looking at the makeup, hair, and costumes. All I could think was 'I want that on my face." So to get started, here is a tutorial inspired by the main character Babydol, played by Emily Browning.

Spring Bold Lip Tutorial

Hellooo everyone! Here's another tutorial, FINALLY I know. I've noticed for spring that the trend is going neutral on the eyes and very bold on the lips. I think it's a great way for people no used to color to transition into incorporating more bold colors into their looks.

I've used the lip tars before and have always liked them. For people who haven't tried them, they are liquid but set matte and are a little drying. So I say put a good moisturizer on before putting these on and maybe put a gloss over them. I personally have a lot of issues with bleeding with these, so I use Too Faced Borderline lip liner and I'm completely fine! They are super pigmented and absolutely amazing. A little goes a VERY long way with these, so the product will last you an amazing amount of time. From the colors, I'd have to say I like Reverb, Interlace, and Tone but these are all great for customizing your own lip color!















As for the loose colour, I've never used them before but trying them for the first time I was blown away, especially with Distortion and Flawed. They have to be my favorite even though they are all fantastic colors.

Cupcake Nails!

I've been getting quite a few people asking about how I got my nails to look the way they do and if my friend would be willing to do a tutorial and I will ask her if she will. I'm just not sure if she will! She did my nails on Saturday and they already started coming off the next day. I swear, my nails are crap right now and nail polish is not sticking to them at all. I know its because I don't take very good care of them. I can't help it because my hands are constantly in water either from waiting tables or projects I've been doing. Oh well! Just for people who don't know about my nails, here's a webcam pic of it! :)
